Hey guys & girls,cracked my gearbox near the drain plug and was talking to a mate at work today who said there was some liquid stuff that acted like a weld and was good to a few hundred degrees, any ideas what it is/what it's called? Is it any good? Where can i get it?I was thinking of getting the crack welded up, not sure what would be a better fix.a pic of the damagei also found this tooth when i changed the oil in the gearbox, is it a syncro tooth or a gear tooth?I assume it has been there a while as i haven't noticed any difference in the gears since i have owned the car.Thanks Luke Edited July 13, 2009 by 2FST4U.R33.
