I haven't tried it on Steam version, but maybe I could check that too some time. Or maybe it could work if you were offline on Steam. I don't know, worth to try.And I have to add that you actually need to follow all those steps from the video to make it work, although that step with leaving the room, going into singleplayer, adding and removing AI lords, while minimizing the game to run the tool, sounds somewhat ridiculous - but it works.:)Only in may case AI lords won't build siege camps, they are stronger in singleplayer games than in multiplayer games like this. I hope Firefly will enable AI lords in multiplayer in Stronghold 2 Steam Edition though.
Try the AI castles by Doomsword which can be downloaded from Stronghold Heaven. Those make them far more efficient, and they can be pretty challenging to fight against. Of course, by putting yourself in a less comfortable spot, just like in any other Stronghold game.And you may also want to replace the two large castle of William by the two ones that I have created.
I fixed that error in his castle design, by default he has doors of the two large towers towards outside, which makes him too easy to defeat with bunch of swordsmen. I fixed that, added some moats and traps, so he would be harder to defeat by simply sending laddermen and swordsmen or knights.Yeah, but with AI Manager they don't act well.
